About Us

 AOG is a 100% Mexican Company founded with a small group of Aeronautical Engineers, Inspectors, and Line Supervisors with 10 years of experience in average in all kind of Maintenance activities and different Aircraft Models and Helicopters; since 2001 we have been supporting different Airlines and Aircraft Leasing Companies around the world, with some Borescope inspections & minor maintenance checks to aircrafts and helicopters, with the development of Maintenance Plans, Fleet Plans, and Business Plans. 

History

AOG's Record

  • We are scheduled to participate in the Mexico Aerospace Fair (FAMEX) in April 2025.


  • In 2024, we completed comprehensive audits involving physical inspections and records reviews of 20 aircraft across Mexico, Brazil, and Chile. Additionally, we performed borescope engine inspections on two units in Brazil. All audit findings were documented and uploaded to the lessor management system (AirVault or Stream).  Separately, we oversaw the painting of two new Airbus A350-900 aircraft in Thai Airways livery.


  •  In 2023 we managed a specialized project for the Tajikistan government involving the Mexican presidential Boeing 787. This included coordinating the aircraft export to the United States for stripping and painting  with Tajikistan presidential livery and performing scheduled maintenance. 


  • Between 2022 and 2023, we conducted aircraft audits across six Latin American countries: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, and Panama. The inspected fleet included Boeing 787s, Boeing 737-800s, Boeing 737 MAX, Embraer E190s, and ATR 42-500s.


  • During 2021 we audit 3 Aircraft E-190 and 2 A320 for an Aircraft owner. In process MRO´s representation 2 in USA 1 in MEX. In addition,  2 Aircraft E-190 audits in Brazil and 1 Aircraft B737-700 in Costa Rica.


  • At the beginning of 2020 we performed (1) B737 and (1) A320 Audits for an Aircraft owner; in addition 2 Aircraft E-170 audit.
  • In 2019 we prepared the records for 12 aircraft (E-145) to present to the FAA to obtain an “N” registration.


  • From 2016 through 2017, we supported an American Company in review, update, and organized records and borescope 5 engines model JT8D-219 for sale 4 and 1 to part out; In 2017, we performed 8 Aircraft Audits three (3) B737-700 and five (5) B737-800, for 2 Aircraft Leasing Companies; In addition, during 2017 to 2018 we supported an American Company in review aircraft and records to select for purchase 12 Embraer Aircraft.


  • From 2015 through 2016, we have been supporting Aircraft owners around the world in their Aircraft Audits, Deliveries, and Redeliveries; in addition, we have completed 6 Helicopter Audits BELL- 206 (4) & 212 (2), in Mexico City.


  • AOG has supervised a total of 19 Major Maintenance Checks, from 2011 to 2014 some of them during Aircraft Redelivery Checks representing the owners.


  • At the end of 2010, we performed a total of 64 Aircraft Inspections and Records Audits for different aircraft owners in compliance with their templates and on time.


  • In the middle of 2006, we developed a digitalization & Scanning System, for the control and administration of information on Aircraft Records and Maintenance Documents. During the same year, we carried out 2 Maintenance Audits for 2 Mexican-registration aircraft B737 “C” Checks Leased in Venezuela; AOG representing the Mexican Aviation Authority (DGAC).


  • Also, in 2005 AOG selected, inspected, and received in France seven A320 for a New Mexican Low-Cost Airline; then we coordinated and supervised their “C” checks in France and Switzerland and their ferry flights from Europe to Mexico (Toluca), including their exportation and importation with the local and Mexican authority. All of these following the budget and on time.


  • During 2005 we include the Borescope Inspections service for engines and APU during aircraft audits or aircraft redeliveries.


  • In 2004 developed Maintenance Production Plans for 3 airlines: in Mexico, Peru and Colombia, reducing in 1.2% the ground time for Maintenance activities.


  • We developed a Business Plan for an airline in Mexico to reduce 0.3% the Maintenance costs during 2004.


  • We saved $13M USD to an airline in Mexico during the return process of a DC-10 airplane to the owners in 2003, avoiding a clause in the Lease to purchase the aircraft.


  • We developed Fleet Plans for 2 airlines in Mexico and Colombia to follow this plan for aircraft replacement with a lower cost during 2003.


  • AOG re-certified an airline and their aeronautical shops with the Colombian Authority, avoiding the closing of a Colombian Airline (Intercontinental) during 2003.


  • Our first contract was in September 2001 with the Co. Ansett Worldwide. Where AOG organized, review, and updated all Aircraft Maintenance Records for two A320 and delivered them to the next operator on time and in compliance with the Lease Agreement and local Aeronautical Regulations.
